Shipments are made through the courier companies Fedex or Redpack.
The courier guide will be sent to your email and with it you will be able to track your shipment once it has been collected. NOTE: You will receive your guide before the courier collects the package. However, you will not be able to track it until the courier collects it and has reflected it in its tracking system.
The products will be sent in up to 2 business days after the purchase has been confirmed. This is because your order will be shipped in the order in which it was received with respect to other orders, taking into account the production and packaging times of the pieces.
From this moment you can track your package.

NOTE: Free shipping is NOT express. If your order is greater than $1499 and you want express shipping, you must contact us and pay for it.
